Refund policy

Once a purchase is made, it will be considered as final and we do not provide refund/exchange, except in the cases where your product is damaged in shipping.

You can also opt for store credit incase you receive a damaged product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

There is no refund/exchange for any digital products that you purchase from us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
